Haray Sports offers a series of workshops developed for modified, high school, and college athletes to help them perform better and improve their overall well-
being. Workshops will be available to adults in the spring as well.
Unless you have a very specific need for 1:1 coaching, it is recommended you begin your mental performance training via the workshops first. They will provide you with the fundamentals needed to build off of. Please start with Developing Your Ideal Athlete Mindset.
