For Student-Athletes Entering Grades 7–12

Your athlete trains their body all year round. But what about their mindset?

The Mind of an Athlete Camp helps young athletes develop the mental skills that separate good athletes from great ones. Through evidence-based strategies, athletes learn how to build confidence, manage pressure, set meaningful goals, stay motivated, and perform at their best when it matters most.

Whether your athlete competes in team sports, individual sports, or is simply looking to gain confidence both on and off the field, this camp provides practical tools they can use immediately.

Through engaging discussions and practical exercises, athletes will learn proven mental performance techniques used by successful athletes at every level.

Session 1 – Summer 2026

Grades 7–8:

Mondays | 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM

July 6, 13, 20, & 27

Grades 9–12:

Tuesdays | 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM

July 7, 14, 21, & 28

$180 includes:

  • Four 90-minute camp sessions
  • One private 30-minute virtual coaching session

Erica Haray, MS – Athletic Coach & Health Educator

With more than 35 athletic seasons of coaching experience and over 15 years as a health educator, Erica combines evidence-based educational sports psychology principles with practical coaching and health education strategies to help athletes thrive.  Click here to learn more about her.

Erica’s mission is simple: Help young athletes perform better under pressure, enjoy their sport more, and develop lifelong skills that support health, confidence, and success.

No. Athletes from all sports are welcome.

Is this camp appropriate for beginners?

Yes. The mental performance skills taught apply to athletes at all experience levels.

What if my athlete struggles with confidence?

This camp is specifically designed to help athletes build confidence and resilience.

How many athletes are accepted?

Enrollment is intentionally limited to ten athletes to create a personalized and interactive experience.  Please note we are happy to add additional sessions when the current camps fill.

Camps are designed to teach and develop mental performance skills that can help athletes perform at their best. While our coaches will provide instruction, guidance, and opportunities for practice, meaningful improvement depends on each camper’s willingness to engage with the material, practice the skills consistently, reflect on their experiences, and apply what they learn in real-world situations. As with any skill development program, individual results will vary based on effort, commitment, and application.
